Anna Helen Fletcher was born on January 25, 2003 at 12:53am.  Anna weighed 6 lbs 9 oz.  Anna's due date was February 27th, 2003, but she came to the world early because her Mommy had high blood pressure.  She was delivered by cesarean section.  After a one week stay in the NICU at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chicago, she came home with Mommy and Daddy to their townhouse in Porter, Indiana.  Anna was a very good baby.  She slept through the night at about 12 weeks.  She's been a great sleeper ever since!

Currently Anna loves to eat, especially someone else's food.  She loves pizza, hot dogs, carrots, peas, grilled cheese, cheeseburgers, (she calls them crabby patties), fries, ice cream cones, which she calls ice cream trucks, green beans, oatmeal, cheerios, pudding, waffles, chocolate milk and apple juice.  WHEW!  Anna loves to read.  She is a big fan of Thomas the Tank Engine, Cailou, for the moment, Dragon Tales, and will now tolerate Dora the Explorer and Spongebob Squarepants, if necessary! The newest love in Anna's life is the movie Toy Story, she could watch it for hours everyday!

Noah Daniel Fletcher was born 360 days later on January 20th, 2004.  Noah was born at 8:21am weighing 10 lbs.  Noah was delivered by c-section two weeks before his due date.  Noah stayed in the NICU for two weeks before joining his sister and parents in their home in Chesterton, Indiana.  We are very lucky to have had two very good babies.  Noah was a fantastic eater and smiled very early.  He did not sleep much until about six months, he just did not want to miss anything!   Noah had a hydrocele that caused a great deal of concern during the first six months of his life.  In August of 2004, he had surgery at Riley's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis and had it repaired!  He was as good as new!

Noah has spent a great deal of time watching his big sister Anna.  He loves to play and walk and dance and clap.  If you're ever up for a game of peek-a-boo, he'll play for hours, if you're willing.  Noah enjoys Baby Einstein videos and loves to play with this rings!  Noah really loves to be in the company of his family and takes great comfort in their presence.  He is a very good sleeper and still enjoys to eat.  He is much pickier about his food than his sister.  He likes ice cream cones, but prefers to eat them from the bottom up because the ice cream is just too darn cold.  He, too, loves, pizza and hot dogs and grilled cheese and he enjoys his veggies, as well.  Both Anna and Noah enjoy fruit immensely, I'm happy to report that at this point in their lives , they would choose fruit over cookies.  Well, unless they are the chocolate chip cookies Grandma Hibner gives to them at every visit!

Currently Anna and Noah enjoy playing with each other.  Generally, the playing goes as follows:  Anna will be quietly playing with toys and Noah will come out of nowhere and try taking the toys and she will scream "no" and then Noah cries.  It's great fun.  We remember Anna at 17 months and her unwillingness to share and we know this phase Noah is in will soon pass.  Anna does a great job of trying to find other activities for Noah to keep his hands off of her toys.  Anna also likes to play on Daddy's computer and use Mommy's Pampered Chef stamper on the furniture.  Kids will be kids!
